Venue rentals
Plan a private celebration, wedding reception, fundraiser, or recurring meeting. The venue includes tables and chairs, a private bar area, and separate wedding party rooms. Ask the rental coordinator about room layouts, guest capacity, catering, and bar service. The commercial kitchen is excluded from venue rentals.
How to reserve
Tell us your preferred dates, guest count, and event plans. Include the time you need for setup and cleanup. The rental coordinator will review availability, confirm staffing and any eligible discounts, and send you a quote. A signed rental agreement and booking deposit are required to confirm your date.

Standard rentals have a four-hour minimum. Rental time includes setup, the event, and cleanup.

Recurring meeting packages are $1,000 per month for four three-hour meetings. Professional security is $50 per officer-hour or $400 for the wedding-day package. Approved daytime oversight is $35 per hour.
The booking deposit is 25% of the venue rental after any verified discount. The separate refundable damage deposit is $200 for standard rentals and $500 for weddings.
